Dispatch time

We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Our current dispatch times are 1-2 working days.

Delivery estimation

All of our items are handmade and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Our delivery times are usually 3-5 working days within the United Kingdom, but if you need it sooner please get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We'll let you know when an item is dispatched.

International shipping may vary, and should be confirmed with us if you have a specific delivery date in mind.

Import & custom taxes

As a buyer, you will be responsible for any import and custom taxes that may apply. Lucerna-UK Ltd cannot be held accountable for obstructions due to customs.
