We are happy to accept returns or exchanges
If you have a problem with the product on receipt please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery, and we recommend getting proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of parcels in the postage system.
Due to the nature of some items, the following can't be returned
- Digital downloads
- Hygiene items
- Perishable items
- Personalised or custom made-to-order items
- Damaged or defective due to user
- Broken seals
Conditions of return
Items must be returned in their original condition and failing to do so will result in the reduction of the value of the item. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover the return postage cost.
